We respect your privacy and process personal data solely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act, and other applicable laws and regulations.

2. What personal data we process

We process personal data that you provide to us, for example via contact forms, email, or phone. Depending on your role, we process the following categories:

When you visit our website, technical data may be processed such as your IP address, browser type, page views, and time of visit. This occurs via analytical cookies, solely if you have given consent via our cookie banner.

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes and based on the following legal grounds as referred to in Article 6 GDPR:

3.1 Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)

We process your data to execute our recruitment services, including mediating freelance financials. This includes assessing your request or profile, making a suitable offer, maintaining contact during the process, and fulfilling our contractual obligations.

3.2 Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)

We process your data for our legitimate business interests, including maintaining business relationships, improving our services, protecting our legal position, and preventing fraud. We always weigh your interests and fundamental rights against our interests.

3.3 Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR)

In certain cases, we are required to process personal data to comply with legal obligations, such as tax retention obligations under the Dutch General Tax Act and administrative obligations under the Dutch Civil Code.

3.4 Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)

For processing that is not necessary for the performance of our services, such as placing non-functional cookies or sending commercial communications, we ask for your prior, free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

4. Retention periods

We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is legally required or justified.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless necessary for the performance of our services, legally required, or with your consent.

As part of our labor mediation services, we work with One People Services B.V. (KVK 51112094), based in Amsterdam. One People Services acts as the legal employer for placements and processes the necessary personal data of placed candidates. Processor agreements required by the GDPR are in place with One People Services.

We use external service providers for the technical infrastructure of our website and communication tools, including hosting provider Strato AG. We conclude a processor agreement with all processors that process personal data on our behalf, complying with Article 28 GDPR.

We do not transfer personal data to parties outside the European Economic Area (EEA), unless there is an adequate level of protection under a European Commission adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another appropriate safeguard as referred to in Chapter V GDPR.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our website uses an SSL-secured connection (HTTPS). Access to personal data is limited to persons who strictly need this data to perform their duties.

For complex or extensive requests, this period may be extended by two months, of which we will inform you in time. We may verify your identity before processing your request.

Our website uses cookies. Functional cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function and are placed without your consent. Analytical and other non-necessary cookies are placed solely after your explicit consent via our cookie banner.
